The Pot is a problem, but can be dealt with if you bring a party that hits from anywhere to the back row.Ĭrusader- A NO GO unless you need Pot Fodder. In fact, with properly upgraded heroes you probably can kill the hag before the hero in the pot hits Death's Door. As long as you have someone who can heal others (Arbales or Occultist work best, IMO, Vestal if you really need healing to get through the fights leading to the boss) you should be fine. They'll get kicked out as soon as they hit Death's Door. When heroes goes into the pot, just let them stew* while you focus on killing the Hag. Bring high-damage heroes who can reach the back rows (Hellions, Bounty Hunters, Houndmasters, and such). b) is how I beat the bosses my first time around (except maybe the Necromancer, because he's a pushover).Īs for OP's questions: ignore the pot. But nothing stops you from a) trying to beat the boss as is, or b) retreating and coming back with a better team. Nothing in the dungeon really gives you clues about any of the boss fights. I like the concept but the design flaws in these fights are ridiculous. NOTHING in the dungeon indicates that ranged attacks are ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for this boss and when you find that out it is too late.
